- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and optimize user journeys.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performance design culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to translate business goals into actionable design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar creative role.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a deep understanding of design systems.
- Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript principles to facilitate developer handoffs.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Portfolio must demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and accessibility standards.
