In this role, you will own the design strategy for key client accounts, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, visually stunning, and drives measurable business results.
The Role
You will be the bridge between complex business needs and elegant design solutions. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will shape the product roadmap and influence the direction of our creative output.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable design specifications.
- Mentor junior designers and interns, providing feedback on their work and helping to elevate the overall team's skill set.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal leadership with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI, preferably within a digital agency or tech startup.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
