Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design and design system maintenance.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product innovation.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
- Craft accessible, responsive, and pixel-perfect interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable design roadmaps.
- Present design concepts and rationale to executive stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Optimize user journeys to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
- Mastery of design tools, including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working within an Agile development environment.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
