Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead complex supplier negotiations, contract management, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing, spend analysis, and process optimization
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement with supply chain and financial goals
- Implement and maintain compliance with ethical sourcing standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings ($500K+ annually) through strategic sourcing
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent designation
- Expertise in procurement technologies (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) and spend analysis tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in international supplier agreements
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
