Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans across 15+ categories, targeting 15% cost reduction annually
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for multi-million dollar agreements
- Oversee supplier relationship management (SRM) programs ensuring 95% supplier compliance
- Analyze market trends and implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives by reducing carbon footprint through ethical sourcing
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists while fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems to enhance process efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of procurement experience with 5+ in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving >12% cost savings through strategic sourcing
- Expertise in contract law, supplier audits, and risk assessment frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in APAC markets
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly desirable
