Responsibilities
- Design and execute preclinical/clinical studies to evaluate drug efficacy and safety profiles
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing novel therapeutic candidates from concept to IND submission
- Conduct rigorous data analysis using advanced statistical methods and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Author and review FDA/EMA regulatory documentation including Investigational New Drug (IND) applications
- Collaborate with CROs and academic institutions to optimize trial protocols and patient recruitment
- Present research findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related life science field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in GMP/GLP-compliant laboratory practices and regulatory affairs
- Strong background in pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics modeling and biomarker analysis
- Demonstrated success in leading clinical trial design and execution for Phase I-III studies
- Proficiency with analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS/MS, ELISA) and bioinformatics tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with publication record in high-impact journals
- FDA/EMA regulatory submission experience preferred
