Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex pharmaceutical formulations and analytical methods
- Lead preclinical development studies and regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize lab workflows
- Collaborate with CROs and clinical trial teams
- Ensure GMP/GLP compliance across all processes
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in drug development
- Expertise in formulation development and analytical HPLC/MS
- Proven track record with IND/CTA applications
- Strong knowledge of FDA/EMA regulatory requirements
- Experience with biologics and small molecules
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
