Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug development programs from preclinical to clinical phases
- Design and execute complex pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) studies
- Oversee compliance with FDA/EMA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into clinical applications
- Present findings at scientific conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior scientists and drive innovation in experimental methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Chemistry, or related life science field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in drug formulation and analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS)
- Strong knowledge of FDA/EMA regulatory pathways and clinical trial protocols
- Experience managing CRO partnerships and vendor relationships
- Demonstrated success in IND/CTA submissions and regulatory documentation
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (R, Python, SAS)
