Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for novel drug formulations and delivery systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in formulation development and analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS)
- Strong understanding of GMP/GLP regulations and clinical trial protocols
- Demonstrated success in publishing peer-reviewed research
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP, R)
