Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical drug development protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in molecule optimization and validation
- Develop and implement analytical methodologies for compound characterization
- Prepare regulatory documentation and FDA/EMA submissions

Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in small-molecule drug design and synthesis
- Strong analytical skills with HPLC, LC-MS, and NMR proficiency
- Track record of successful IND-enabling studies
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP compliance and regulatory landscapes
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary project teams
- Published research in peer-reviewed pharmaceutical journals
