Responsibilities
- Design and execute preclinical studies evaluating drug efficacy and pharmacokinetics
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and optimizing novel therapeutic candidates
- Analyze complex biological data using advanced statistical methodologies and bioinformatics tools
- Prepare regulatory documentation and support IND submissions to FDA
- Maintain compliance with GMP/GLP protocols and safety standards
- Present research findings at scientific conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in oncology or immunology drug discovery
- Strong background in preclinical study design and data interpretation
- Experience with regulatory affairs and FDA compliance processes
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques and high-throughput screening
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
