Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in drug discovery and preclinical development
- Expertise in HPLC, mass spectrometry, and molecular biology techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory pathways for biologics and small molecules
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals
- Experience managing CRO partnerships and budgets
