Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex preclinical research studies in therapeutic areas
- Develop and optimize novel drug formulations and delivery systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in preclinical drug development
- Expertise in GLP-compliant study design and execution
