Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical studies to evaluate drug candidates
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in target identification and validation
- Develop and optimize analytical methodologies for compound characterization
- Prepare comprehensive regulatory documentation (IND, CTA) and scientific reports
- Present research findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to lab operational excellence
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in assay development and high-throughput screening
- Familiarity with GLP/GMP regulations and FDA/EMA guidelines
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Advanced proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR)
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
