Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and optimization of complex preclinical research protocols
- Develop and validate analytical methods for compound characterization and quality control
- Analyze experimental data using advanced statistical software and interpret biological significance
- Author regulatory documents (INDs, NDAs) and ensure compliance with FDA/EMA guidelines
- Mentor junior scientists and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in drug development
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in HPLC, LC-MS, and spectroscopic analytical techniques
- Proven track record in preclinical drug development and regulatory submissions
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet aggressive timelines
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with GLP/GMP standards and laboratory automation systems
