Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex preclinical studies in oncology and immunology
- Develop and optimize novel drug candidates using advanced molecular biology techniques
- Analyze and interpret pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) data to support IND submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and cross-functional project teams
- Author regulatory documentation and scientific publications
- Implement GLP-compliant laboratory protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in cell-based assays and high-throughput screening
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- FDA/EMA regulatory submission experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
