Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug discovery projects from target identification to lead optimization.
- Design and execute complex experimental workflows to evaluate drug efficacy and safety profiles.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to identify novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to advance the pipeline.
- Author high-quality technical reports, patent applications, and peer-reviewed scientific publications.
- Mentor junior scientists and foster a culture of scientific excellence and rigorous experimentation.
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life science field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology R&D setting.
- Proven track record of moving compounds from discovery into pre-clinical development.
- Deep expertise in high-throughput screening and modern molecular assay technologies.
- Exceptional proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Prism, SAS, R) and bioinformatics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
