Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex in vitro and in vivo assays for early-stage drug candidates.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to validate target identification and lead optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with bioinformatics and clinical teams to refine project milestones.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports and documentation for regulatory submission and peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rigorous scientific integrity and curiosity.
- Oversee lab equipment maintenance and ensure strict adherence to GLP/GMP standards.
- Present research findings at executive-level meetings and global scientific conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in pharmaceutical drug discovery.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-throughput screening and CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as GraphPad Prism, R, or Python.
- Strong track record of scientific publication in top-tier pharmaceutical journals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of FDA compliance and pharmacological safety standards.
