Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including employer branding and candidate experience.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and implement seamless onboarding experiences and manage smooth offboarding processes.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance review cycle and assist in career development planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Certification: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
