Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team to drive productivity and engagement.
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Logistics, Finance, and Sales, to streamline communication.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure optimal service levels.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasting expenses and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Identify risks in supply chains and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, SQL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is a major plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
