Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within the technology or services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and project management tools.
- Demonstrated success in process optimization, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
