- Prepare regulatory submissions and grant proposals
- Mentor junior researchers and present findings at scientific conferences
- Collaborate with clinical teams to bridge translational research
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field
- 5+ years of industry research experience in oncology
- Expertise in cell culture, flow cytometry, and ELISA
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications
- FDA/ICH-GCP compliance knowledge
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience with translational research methodologies
