Responsibilities
- Design and oversee phase I-III oncology clinical trials with global impact
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, biostatisticians, and regulatory experts
- Develop strategic therapeutic pathways for rare and common cancers
- Present findings at ASCO, ESMO, and peer-reviewed journals
- Maintain FDA/EMA compliance while accelerating drug development
- Mentor junior physicians and scientists in translational medicine
Qualifications
- MD/PhD with 10+ years oncology research leadership
- Board-certified in Medical Oncology with active US license
- Proven track record of 5+ FDA-approved therapies
- Expertise in immuno-oncology and CAR-T cell therapies
- Experience managing $5M+ research budgets
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science/NEJM
- Experience with oncology EHR systems (Epic/Oncology)
