Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial design and execution for novel CNS therapeutics
- Lead cross-functional teams across pharmacology, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs
- Develop FDA/EMA submission strategies and ensure protocol compliance
- Represent company at scientific conferences and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior physicians and researchers in clinical methodologies
- Analyze complex patient data to drive therapeutic innovation
Qualifications
- MD/PhD with 8+ years in clinical neurology or neuroscience
- Proven track record in leading Phase II-III CNS trials
- Active medical license in Massachusetts
- ICH-GCP and FDA regulatory expertise
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with neuroimaging biomarkers and patient-reported outcomes
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
