Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase I-III clinical trials for neurological therapies
- Serve as primary medical monitor for investigational new drug applications
- Lead FDA submissions and maintain compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines
- Mentor 15+ clinical research professionals and principal investigators
- Analyze complex biomedical data and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with biostatisticians to develop trial protocols and endpoints
- Represent company at FDA advisory boards and international conferences
Qualifications
- MD/DO with board certification in Neurology or Psychiatry
- 10+ years of clinical research leadership experience
- Proven track record of 5+ FDA-approved therapies
- Expertise in CNS clinical trial design and biomarker analysis
- FDA IND/BLA submission experience with zero major deviations
- Strong publication record in top-tier medical journals
- Advanced degree in clinical research or biostatistics preferred
