Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics in patient outcomes and disease forecasting
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating clinical, genomic, and real-world data sources
- Develop FDA-compliant data pipelines for clinical trial analysis and regulatory submissions
- Translate complex statistical findings into actionable recommendations for clinical stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for healthcare data governance

Qualifications
- PhD in Biostatistics, Medical Informatics, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in R/Python with healthcare-specific libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Deep understanding of HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and healthcare data privacy regulations
- Proven experience working with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and FHIR standards
- Published research in peer-reviewed medical or computational biology journals
- Certification in Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to clinical audiences
