Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA regulations, and healthcare data privacy standards
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and publish in peer-reviewed medical journals
- Mentor junior data scientists and lead research initiatives in precision medicine
Qualifications
- PhD in Biostatistics, Medical Informatics, or related field with 5+ years healthcare analytics experience
- Expertise in Python/R with proficiency in scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and medical NLP libraries
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare data structures (FHIR, HL7)
- Certification in healthcare data privacy (e.g., CIPP/US) or clinical research
- Proven track record of publishing in medical AI or bioinformatics journals
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex statistical concepts for clinical audiences
