Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design of complex products, from concept sketches to final production drawings, using industry-standard CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA).
- Conduct thorough mechanical analysis, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to validate design integrity and optimize performance under various conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with electrical and software components, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Develop and manage prototypes, oversee testing protocols, and iterate on designs based on empirical data and user feedback.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), assembly instructions, and design specifications for manufacturing teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on design best practices and manufacturing processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance product competitiveness.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in mechanical design, preferably within the automotive, robotics, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and 2D drafting with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
- Experience with FEA/CFD tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, COMSOL) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
