Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and development of complex systems.
- Utilize advanced CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed schematics and 3D models.
- Conduct rigorous stress analysis and material testing to validate product durability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers and project managers.
- Prepare technical documentation, including BOMs and manufacturing specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Proficiency in FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools such as ANSYS or Abaqus.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
