Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and development of complex systems, including robotics, actuators, and precision components.

  • Conduct thorough stress analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) to ensure product durability and performance under load.

  • Manage the prototyping process, including 3D printing, CNC machining, and in-house testing.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and participate in the continuous improvement of our engineering workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related STEM field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and strong working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Experience with FEA tools such as ANSYS or Abaqus.
