Responsibilities
- Lead the design and prototyping of advanced mechanical systems using CAD/CAM tools
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and manufacturing specifications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to test and validate prototypes under real-world conditions
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, weight reduction, and performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or high-precision mechanical design
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, ANSYS, and/or CATIA with simulation expertise
- Strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record in complex system integration and testing
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
