Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design of turbine components using CAD/CAE tools
- Perform FEA simulations for structural and thermal analysis

- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement processes
- Ensure compliance with ASME and aerospace industry standards
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate new materials and manufacturing methods
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in aerospace or high-performance machinery
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS Suite
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics
- Proven experience with FAA certification processes
- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma certification (Green Belt+)
- Excellent problem-solving with complex physical systems
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
