Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design process using advanced CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Conduct rigorous stress analysis and material selection to ensure product durability and safety.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to translate concepts into production-ready blueprints.
- Optimize existing designs for cost reduction and manufacturing efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation, including BOMs, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and CAD modeling.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar engineering software.
- Deep understanding of GD&T standards and mechanical principles.
- Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools is highly preferred.
