Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional campaigns spanning digital marketing, PR, content creation, and social media
- Manage brand voice consistency across all platforms including website, social media, and traditional media
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize messaging and ROI
- Oversee agency partnerships and vendor relationships for creative production
- Present communications strategies to C-suite stakeholders and key clients
- Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive marketing communications experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven track record of developing integrated campaigns for B2B tech or SaaS clients
- Expertise in content strategy, digital marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on brand awareness and lead generation
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms preferred
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
