- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies across digital, social, and traditional platforms
- Lead content creation for blogs, whitepapers, and video campaigns with 25% YoA growth target
- Manage $500K+ annual communications budget with ROI-focused optimization
- Craft compelling narratives for product launches and corporate rebranding initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot to refine messaging
- Collaborate with PR team to secure 12+ media features annually in industry publications
- Mentor junior team members and manage external agency relationships
Qualifications
- 7+ years in marketing communications with 3+ managing teams or campaigns
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, content strategy, and social media management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful B2B communications campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and CRM platforms
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Google Analytics and HubSpot certifications preferred
