- Manage $2M+ communications budget with vendor relationships and agency oversight
- Mentor a team of 4+ marketing specialists through performance development and strategic guidance
- Drive crisis communications protocols and reputation management initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in marketing communications with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience developing global brand strategies for B2B tech/fintech companies
- Expertise in content marketing, digital campaigns, and PR program execution
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot)
- Exceptional writing skills with portfolio demonstrating complex messaging simplification
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate data into actionable communications plans
- Certified in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
