Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies across digital, print, and experiential channels
- Lead cross-functional campaigns from concept to completion, managing budgets up to $500K
- Drive brand positioning and messaging through press releases, thought leadership content, and media relations
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
- Manage agency partnerships and vendor relationships to ensure brand consistency
- Mentor junior team members and oversee content creation workflows
- Present quarterly communications reports to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing communications experience with B2B/B2C campaigns
- Proven expertise in developing multi-channel strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Exceptional writing/editing skills with portfolio demonstrating award-winning content
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience managing $500K+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 5+ members
- Strong media relations background with established industry connections
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
