Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing communication strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand equity.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior communications specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Oversee public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis management protocols.
- Craft high-impact content across various channels, including press releases, thought leadership articles, and internal newsletters.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, providing data-driven insights to optimize future communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership, to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage external agency relationships and vendors to maximize value and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and leading high-profile campaigns for B2B or B2C organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an impeccable command of the English language.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO best practices, and social media trends.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Crisis communication experience is highly preferred.
