Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging channels
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and data analysts to deliver cohesive brand campaigns
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform data-driven campaign optimization
- Manage $5M+ annual communications budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Oversee crisis communications protocols and media relations strategy
- Mentor junior team members through performance reviews and skill development programs
- Measure KPIs and present quarterly performance reports to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in marketing communications with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing award-winning campaigns for B2B/B2C clients
- Expertise in omnichannel strategy including SEO, content marketing, and social media
- Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of PR, crisis management, and media relations frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences
- Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot) or project management (PMP) preferred
