- Manage cross-functional teams of designers, writers, and digital specialists
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and optimize strategies quarterly
- Build and maintain media relationships with key industry journalists and influencers

Qualifications
- 8+ years in marketing communications with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience managing B2B tech or sustainability brands
- Expertise in omnichannel campaign execution (SEO, SEM, social, email)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot)
- Exceptional writing and presentation abilities with portfolio samples
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
