Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing communications strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead content creation including whitepapers, case studies, press releases, and thought leadership pieces
- Manage corporate messaging across digital platforms (web, social, email) and traditional media
- Oversee PR initiatives including media relations, event planning, and crisis communications
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize messaging and channel mix
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
- Mentor junior team members while managing external agency relationships
Qualifications
- 8+ years in marketing communications with 3+ years in B2B tech/AI sector
- Proven track record of developing award-winning integrated campaigns
- Expertise in content strategy, digital marketing, and PR best practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with portfolio samples
- Experience managing budgets over $1M and cross-functional teams
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, social media analytics, and CRM systems
