Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing communication strategies including content marketing, social media, PR campaigns, and email automation
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, writers, and analysts to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Manage $2M+ annual communications budget with strategic vendor partnerships and resource allocation
- Oversee crisis communications protocols and manage brand reputation across global markets
- Create executive-level presentations and reports tracking KPIs, engagement metrics, and conversion rates
- Mentor junior team members through our proprietary leadership development program
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in marketing communications with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing award-winning campaigns for B2B or B2C brands
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling excellence
- Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot) or Communications preferred
- Experience managing international campaigns across APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions
- Strong strategic planning skills with ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication plans
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM principles and content strategy development
