Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional campaigns across digital, social, PR, and event channels
- Oversee content creation including messaging, blogs, whitepapers, and video scripts
- Manage $1M+ marketing budgets with ROI-focused performance tracking
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent brand voice across 15+ markets
- Analyze campaign metrics to optimize engagement and conversion rates
- Mentor junior team members through monthly workshops and 1:1 coaching
Qualifications
- 8+ years in marketing communications with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns in B2B tech or SaaS
- Expertise in content strategy, SEO/SEM, and data-driven analytics
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand transformation and campaign success
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Ability to travel domestically 2-3 times quarterly
