Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to create compelling brand narratives and content
- Manage $2M+ annual communications budget with ROI-focused optimization
- Oversee digital strategy including SEO, social media, and email marketing
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Present campaign insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative creative environment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing communications with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in B2B SaaS communications and brand storytelling
- Mastery of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Exceptional writing skills with portfolio showcasing campaign success
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams and global campaigns
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
