- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budget with ROI-focused optimization
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Direct agency relationships and vendor management for creative production
- Mentor junior marketing team members and foster collaborative culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling B2B tech brands through integrated campaigns
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing automation, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Experience managing global teams and cross-cultural marketing initiatives
- Certification in Google Analytics or Hootsuite a plus
