Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements from discovery to final executive presentation.
- Conduct deep-dive quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Develop robust strategic frameworks and operational roadmaps for digital and business transformation.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align leadership teams on strategic priorities.
- Mentor junior consultants to ensure rigorous analytical standards and high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor engagement KPIs to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- 5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB preferred).
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
- Expertise in industry-specific transformation methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.
