Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements from discovery to implementation.
- Perform deep-dive qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
- Develop and present high-stakes recommendations to C-suite executive stakeholders.
- Drive organizational change management programs during large-scale digital transformations.
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team environment.
- Manage project budgets, workstreams, and deliverables to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Bridge the gap between executive strategy and tactical execution.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
- 5-8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique strategy firms).
- Demonstrated expertise in operational strategy, organizational design, or financial restructuring.
- Exceptional command of financial modeling, market research, and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for analytical thinking.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is considered a significant advantage.
