Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements from initial diagnostic phase to final strategy implementation.
- Perform deep-dive quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Facilitate executive-level workshops to align stakeholder vision and accelerate organizational decision-making.
- Develop robust financial models and business cases to justify multi-million dollar transformation initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants and manage project workstreams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Synthesize complex data into compelling, board-ready presentations that influence strategic direction.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor on operational and market-related topics.
Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier university preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting or internal corporate strategy roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization tools, and market research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-level leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve unstructured problems with limited oversight.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a competitive asset.
