Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy engagements for enterprise clients across diverse industries.
- Conduct deep-dive qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify critical business pain points.
- Develop and present actionable transformation roadmaps that align with client business objectives.
- Facilitate high-level stakeholder workshops and influence executive decision-making.
- Mentor junior consultants and oversee the delivery of high-impact project workstreams.
- Monitor engagement KPIs and ensure deliverables consistently exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to internal thought leadership and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent advanced degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms).
- Proven track record in digital transformation, organizational design, or M&A integration.
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and data visualization skills.
- Superior executive communication skills with the ability to navigate complex client dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and strategic project management software.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required by client engagements.
