Responsibilities

- Facilitate executive-level workshops and present findings to Board members and senior management.
- Design scalable operational models and change management roadmaps to support business growth.
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.
- Manage client relationships to ensure project success and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable strategic advice.
Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and slide-deck storytelling (PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated track record of leading high-impact cross-functional teams in complex environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of organizational design, change management, and business process re-engineering.
